We require a deposit to reserve any scooter purchase, rental, part, accessory, or repair service. Your deposit secures your order and guarantees availability.
• Scooter Purchase (Pre-order) — A deposit is required to hold your scooter. The remaining balance is due upon pickup.
• Scooter Rental — A refundable deposit is collected at the start of your rental and returned upon the scooter’s safe return.
• Parts & Accessories — A deposit may be required for special orders or items not currently in stock.
• Repair & Service — A deposit may be required before work begins, depending on the scope of the repair.
