WARRANTY COVERAGE
Jager warrants that all electric scooters and electric bikes manufactured under the Jager brand are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions, subject to the terms and limitations set forth below.

WARRANTY PERIODS
Electrical Components — 6 Months
Covered components include: motor, battery, controller, display/LCD unit, throttle, wiring harness, connectors, lights.
Frame & Body — 12 Months
Covered components include: main frame, fork, stem, handlebar, folding mechanism.
Warranty period begins on the date of original purchase by the end customer.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Jager’s warranty does NOT cover the following:
• Water Damage — Any damage caused by submersion, water intrusion, riding in rain, flooding, or exposure to moisture.
• Rust & Corrosion — Surface rust, oxidation, or corrosion of any metal components, including frame, hardware, and electrical contacts
• Normal Wear & Tear — Tires, inner tubes, brake pads, grips, plastic parts, bearings, and other consumable parts subject to normal use degradation
• Physical Damage — Cracks, dents, scratches, or breakage caused by impact, collision, dropping, or misuse
• Improper Use — Damage resulting from use beyond the product’s rated load, speed, or terrain specifications
• Unauthorized Modifications — Any product that has been disassembled, modified, or repaired by a party other than an authorized Jager service center
• Third-Party Accessories — Damage caused by the use of non-OEM parts or accessories not approved by Jager
• Commercial Use — Products used for rental, fleet, delivery, or any other commercial purpose unless explicitly covered under a separate commercial agreement
• Acts of Nature — Damage caused by fire, flood, earthquake, or other external causes

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
To submit a warranty claim, contact Jager NYC with the following:
1. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
2. Product serial number
3. Description and photos, videos of the defect

Our team will review your claim and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved warranty claims will be serviced through repair or replacement of the defective component, at Jager’s discretion.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Jager. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jager shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary by state or jurisdiction.
This warranty is NON-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
